The actual work seems fine. But the customer service was awful. I was kept waiting 30 mins at the start and then again at the end of my appointment for no clear reason. They seem really disorganised.

So my car needed transmission fluid. They are at the end of my street, so I went to them, immediately lied about being transmission specialists when in fact they are just a body shop, took my car and parked it outside their shop for five days. It took auto butler getting involved for them to finally call me and tell me that they could have my car fixed in 20 days for £1500. I had to pay £75 for mistaking these crooks for mechanics. AVOID. CONMEN.

Nothing good, painted it the wrong colour. Asked me to bring the van back on a date which was different to the agreed date. One week later I can see it was a cheap repair.
