Restrictions on information provided by service recipients
Autobutler.co.uk has the right at any time to moderate the content of users' reviews and workshops' responses to these. Autobutler has a written "procedure for complaints about others' reviews or suspected illegal content" which contains policy, measures and tools used as well as the rules for Autobutler's internal complaint handling system.

This can be requested at any time via Autobutler's contact person for authorities and workshops.

To ensure a safe and trusted online environment, Autobutler continuously monitors all user-generated content on Autobutler sites. Workshops and car owners must show mutual respect in their public communication on autobutler.co.uk. We therefore screen the content. As soon as we become aware of any illegal activity or content, the content in question will be blocked immediately.

How we handle your complaint about others' ratings

If you believe that content is in violation of the rules, applicable law or the EU Digital Services Regulation - DSA Regulation, you can contact Autobutler directly.

If a complaint is made about content on autobutler.co.uk, Autobutler will handle the complaint manually and individually.

If Autobutler has deleted content from your account or profile, you can appeal Autobutler's decision by submitting a complaint to Autobutler's contact person for the authorities and for the affiliated workshops.

If you believe that Autobutler has made an incorrect decision about content you have generated, you can also file a complaint with the Danish DSA Supervisory Authority, which oversees compliance with the DSA Regulation by digital intermediary services that have their principal place of business in Denmark.
