They were very attentive I had the cambelt changed and I noticed ocassionally it making a whirling noise for a coup,e of secs and they insisted I take it back in immediately so they could check which they did , Very polite staff and easy to contact and speak to Will definitely be getting other work done there when the needs arise .

Couldn’t fault Richardson’s - euro repair. Unfortunately my experience with using auto butler was less successful as the garage had no record of the booking at all and had not been notified that I would be coming in! Thankfully the garage were very helpful and although they were fully booked for the day, they went the extra mile and completed the works and honoured the quote I had obtained through auto butler. I will be booking direct with the garage next time!
