I was charged an extra £70 because they couldn't get the bolts off and said they had to get someone else to do it! £70!!! And it wasn't itemised on the bill..which I find very odd! Was i ripped off! The quote i got though auto butler was questioned because they said it was to low..the garage sent the quote themselves in which they couldn't find on the system on the day they were supposed to do the job....I had to go back again 4 days later. They did do it for the original quote, apart from the extra £70.
