the service is fine, but there was damage casued to my drive as result of oil or something similar being spilt during the work. its taking me 4 attempts to remove the stain from my drive. the engineer offered to return to clean up but protection should been used to avoid the spillage in the firdt place.

Solutions have advised they offered to clean up the spillage but before setting out were advised that the stain had been cleaned, they do apologise and the employee has been advised to take better protection measures..
