Very efficient and polite staff. There was a very small amount of miscommunication because the job took longer than expected and messages were not sent. Even though they did extra work not in the original quote they only charged extra for the parts. Will use again.

I was quoted originally as £190 for the job, that's the main reason i chose this garage, but I ended up paying £430+. Even if they quoted originally for 1 ball joint + wheel alignment, it's actually 2 ball joint + still 1x wheel alignment. The math still doesn't add up. The boss wasn't around, it's possible that the staff are just applying the standard price and not giving the most competitive price. I'm just a bit disappointed. The owner has called back, it was unfortunate timing that he wasn't around. He has revised the invoice and provided refund.. I can really tell Dean cares for his customer. Despite his difficult circumstance, he strives to get this sorted ASAP to ensure his customer satisfaction. No regret of choosing this garage. Big complement to Dean!

Friendly, very good price, excellent communication

I went there, they did the job, I came back, paid, and drove my car away. The owner, Dean, seemed (so far as I could tell) efficient and competent.
