NO 5 STARS FROM ME, found this garage on website (AUTOBUTLER) an appointment has bee arranged to replacement Exhaust Rear on a ford fiesta for £65. This has been arranged at the begging of Sept, the garage could only do the job one month later, with was fine by me. However on the appointment day 3rd of October, the shop manager (Geoff) has asked me if I had called them to confirm the services, i told him the appoinment was confirmed by Autobutler via email. Geoff informed me that he would have to charge me £10 more to do the job because the exhaust price had changed due to to inflation. I would accept to pay the increase if the garage had informed beforehand.

Extremely sorry about this.
We had already replied to your review, but looks like you may not have received it.
The main problem was that your car was right on the change over year and we had quoted you on the earlier fitment.
Unfortunately I was not at the garage at the time as would have probably would have stood the price difference.
Apologies once again.
